•     Radios are slowly progressing.
•    Installs are beginning.
•    CAD app for phones $50 per device
•    Should be getting an email from Patrick at MCA if you haven’t already.

•    NCCR refresher material is being worked on

Lifeguard

Alabama Fire College
•    Fire Chief’s Conference February 6-8
•    Self-study EMT program

Jr. FF Camp
•    Camp is June 6th-9th 2023.
•    Discussed forming a camp committee.

•    Read Association rules for membership.
•    Alabama Ethics Commission- Chiefs, Assistant Chiefs, town clerks- have to fill out an ethics form every year.
•    Seehusen- possible regional grant.


With no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 20:22.

The next meeting will be held on February 2nd at Nectar with a meal at 18:30.
